Ordering and Payment
1.1 Orders can be placed on the telephone, or through our website.
1.2 We accept all major credit cards, and PayPal also now also AMEX
When processing an order on the web site all personal details are held on a secure server in the UK. Once processed all credit/debit card details are deleted from our system. Goods will not be despatched until paid for in full.

1.3 All orders will be sent by signed for first class post or courier. The cost of delivery is dependent on the product weight. up to 500g is £4.99 over that is more weight dependant. However small items such as balloons if they are on there own will be 0.99p which will be manually done from our end. These costs can be seen in your "shopping trolley" when placing your order or if a telephone order you will be informed at the time of ordering. The cost of delivery outside the UK mainland and certain parts of the Scottish Highlands are available upon enquiry.
1.4 All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT at 17.5% and relate to internet, or telephone orders only. An invoice will be sent with each order. The invoice number must be quoted on any query or correspondence. All orders will be billed in GBP.
1.5 All prices shown are valid at the time of placing the order. We reserve the right to alter prices if the required delivery date is beyond 10 working days of placing order.
1.6 Orders can be placed on our secure site and payment can be made via paypal if this is preferred, although our payment server is fully secure.
Deliveries and Dispatch.
2.1 It is expected that all orders, unless you wish otherwise, will be despatched within 5 working days. If you require goods within a specific time please let us know by email or telephone.
2.2 Damages and shortages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
2.3 If you do not receive your order within 14 working days of placing your order, or you have not received it by an agreed date please contact us. If you do not receive your order within 14 working days of placing your order, or you have not received it by an agreed date please contact us.
2.4 When placing your order you are given a choice of delivery by signed for 1st class post for your security or next working day Express Delivery. Next day express delivery will either be by Royal Mail Special Delivery or Next Day Courier Service. It is the customers responsibility to ensure somebody is at the delivery address to take delivery. Express Delivery can be any time up to 5.30pm. The same day despatch of Express Delivery orders can only be guaranteed on orders placed before 1pm and with prior notice. If no notice is given it will be dispatched the next working day (including Saturdays), for delivery the following day, (excluding Sundays).
2.5 Only One can not be held responsible for any subsequential loss.
Returned Goods
3.1 Where it is not the fault of Only One, and you wish to return goods which are not faulty these can be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of receiving the goods. After that period we may make a handling charge of 15% of the original purchase price. This is waived where goods are exchanged. The original cost of postage and packing is not refundable. Refunds will only be considered for goods returned within 28 days of their dispatch date. If you require to return goods and replace them with alternative products no handling charge made however Only One are not responsible for resulting carriage costs. Any refund made will be at the purchase price including any discounts given.
3.2 Goods, for whatever reason, can only be returned with the prior approval of Only One. Please return goods with their original packaging. Only One can accept no responsibility for the transit of goods being returned to us.
3.3 You have the right to cancel any order up to 7 days after ordering.
3.5 Only One cannot be held responsible for the transit of goods being returned to us.
3.4 All Earring and Necklace sets must be returned as the set.
3.5 If any free gift is offered with a certain product that is being returned the gift must also be returned, unless with prior authorisation from Only One.
Products
4.1 All products, unless stated otherwise, are made from artificial materials. Any references to flowers, leaves etc. relate to man-made products. Unless otherwise specified.
4.2 All references to gold, silver, pearl, crystal etc. relate to colour and not the actual material of which products are made, unless otherwise specified.
4.3 For hygiene reasons Earrings cannot be exchanged unless faulty with prior permission from Only One.
4.4 Only One can not be held responsible for any allergic reactions caused by our products.
4.5 We take great pride in accurately describing our products, however due to the nature of some of our products, variances in colour or packaging may occur.
